Customer recycling unit proving popular

The four bin customer recycling unit placed in the Rotorua i-SITE last Christmas is creating interest from wide and far. Events and Venues Rotorua liked the units so much that they installed a unit in the Convention Centre and two units at the Energy Events Centre. In the last six weeks Gina George of Destination Rotorua Tourism Marketing has received enquiries from four businesses interested in possibly acquiring one or more units for their sites. Three of these businesses are not local raising the possibility that our Rotorua designed and manufactured customer recycling units might be seen as far away as the South Island.
Made of powder coated aluminium and on wheels the customer recycling units are highly presentable and easy to move around. The units are sign-written on both sides so they can be freestanding in an open space and approached from both sides. With two cupboard doors on one side and four rigid bins inside they are also easy to service.
To maximise cost efficiencies for its customers Orca Engineering manufactures the recycling units in batches of three. Customers that require only one unit can consolidate their order with others and receive the batch discounted price.
